Delivering more social housing is a critical part of getting more people onto the housing ladder - and into a home they can call their own. I have been working in detail on how exactly we can do this for some time and this week I spoke with the Mayor of Tees Valley, Lord Houchen, about a project to deliver more social housing in his area.
