Speaking in the House of Commons about the Government’s Retained EU Law Bill

The Government’s Retained EU Law Bill will provide a sensible, structured and strategic approach to incorporating or replacing EU laws. On Wednesday, I spoke in the House of Commons during the debate on this Bill, to give my view that it strengthens our regulatory system and to warn against the dangers of regulatory creep.
