Sitting down with the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport to discuss a potential Ryder Cup bid in our area

Hosting the Ryder Cup - an international golf tournament - locally would be a major boost to our local area and the region as a whole. On Monday I sat down with the Secretary of State, Lucy Frazer, to discuss a potential bid from our area and I will continue to work closely with her and the prospective venue as this progresses.
