Paying tribute to late Hitchin Councillor Judi Billing MBE in the House of Commons

Last week I was saddened to learn of the passing of Hitchin's long-serving Councillor Judi Billing. It was an honour to be able to pay tribute to her decades of service to Hitchin and our community in the House of Commons this week.
