Energy security requires us to do more to deliver homegrown energy supplies and to work to rapidly develop our supply of clean, British energy. This week I met with the Chair of the North Sea Transition Authority to discuss the regulation of oil, gas and carbon storage; the potential of the North Sea as an energy resource; and the work that they are doing to cut upstream emissions.
