The Conservative Party has today elected Liz Truss as our Party's new leader and the country's next Prime Minister. We now need to come together as a Party to tackle the issues facing the country. I look forward to working with the new Prime Minister and Parliamentary colleagues over the coming months to ensure that we have a robust response to those challenges.
