As your local Member of Parliament, I continue to push to increase local biodiversity right across Hitchin, Harpenden and the villages. Improving biodiversity helps to enhance our local environment and encourages a wider range of animal and plant life. This week I wrote to the Department to ask what actions the Government is planning to take to encourage improved biodiversity in our area.
