I met with senior officials at JP Morgan to go through some of the points raised in the briefing we had at the start of June on the global energy situation in more detail. There are some very real global challenges to energy at the moment - not least the Russian invasion of Ukraine - and it is vitally important that the UK develops a sustainable, homegrown, clean energy system to protect us as we move forwards.
