Taking up resident concerns about a development in Bancroft Park in Hitchin

This week I was contacted by residents around Bancroft Park in Hitchin about a sound system which has been installed by the District Council. I understand residents are concerned about the impact that this sound system will have on them and I have raised these issues with the District Council.
