Writing to the Chancellor about the Government’s Plan for Jobs

This week I wrote to the Chancellor for his assessment of the impact of the Government’s Plan for jobs locally in Hitchin & Harpenden and in the country as a whole. As your local Member of Parliament I will continue to work with businesses and Ministerial colleagues to promote local employment and bring new jobs to Hitchin & Harpenden.

This week in Westminster…Giving patients choice

Whenever I speak to people in Hitchin, Harpenden, and the villages, the NHS is high on the agenda. People rightly expect that their health service delivers for them, providing patients with the care that they need in a timely fashion.
