For some time I have been campaigning for the Government to re-double its efforts to build more homes - so that young people have the chance to get onto the housing ladder. Following my question at Prime Minister’s Questions a couple of weeks ago about the Government’s plans for housing, I’m delighted that the Prime Minister has now published a new plan for thousands of new homes in urban brownfield sites - delivering housing while protecting the greenbelt.
