It is great news that the Government has met its target of having two thirds of adults double jabbed by the 19th July. Thanks to our world-class vaccination effort and the hard work of thousands of NHS staff and volunteers, over 46 million people – 87.5% of the adult population – have now received at least one dose of the vaccine; with more than 35 million having had both doses (67.5% of the adult population).
It is vital that everyone has the vaccine to protect yourself and others. If you haven’t already had your jab, I would strongly encourage you to go and get it as soon as possible.
