Scrutinising national security measures in a Delegated Legislation Committee

Delegated Legislation (DL) Committees offer Parliamentarians the opportunity to scrutinise Statutory Instruments made by the Government. This week I sat on a DL Committee to consider national security measures being brought in in conjunction with the Nationality and Borders Act 2022.
