Receiving a briefing from the Minister on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund

This week I received a briefing from the Minister on the new UK Shared Prosperity Fund. This £2.6bn fund is allocated to local areas, delivering flexible and locally-led funding to match previous EU funding. Hertfordshire County Council will be given nearly £6m, with North Hertfordshire Council receiving £1.5m and St. Albans City & District Council getting £1.6m.
