Delays and backlogs at the Passport Office are of real concern to families in Hitchin & Harpenden. I have been working hard with my team to support individual constituents dealing with the Passport Office and this week I wrote to the Home Secretary to ask her what action her Department is taking to deal with this problem so constituents can get the service they expect.
