Joining Bloor Homes and the Crown Estate to discuss East of Luton

If Councillors give development at East of Luton the go ahead, I want to make sure it has all the infrastructure we need. The developers have agreed to include a GP surgery and we had a productive discussion about wider needs on Friday.
