Recent reports of vulnerable people having had pre-payment forcibly installed by energy companies have been hugely concerning. On Tuesday I used my position on the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to question the Chief Executive of Ofgem about the practice and how they as the regulator have been holding energy companies to account.
