Congestion in Hitchin is a huge problem - and I’ve heard from so many of you with concerns about how the Highover Farm development could make it even worse. That’s why I’ve been very clear that - if Councillors want to press ahead with development - we need significant investment in local transport infrastructure in mitigation.
