The UK’s Financial Services industry plays a key role in the local (as a significant employer in Hitchin, Harpenden and the villages), national and global economy. This week I met with some senior analysts from the U.S. Embassy to discuss the Financial Services & Markets Bill, the wider UK regulatory picture, and how we can continue to attract international business and investment.
