As Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Renewable and Sustainable Energy, I have been working closely with Parliamentary colleagues for some time on energy issues. For the last few weeks I have been bringing that knowledge and experience to detailed scrutiny of the Government’s new Energy Bill in Bill Committee. This week I had a number of sessions, looking line-by-line at the proposals in detail.
