Scrutinising our regulators properly, identifying restrictive rules holding back investment and entrepreneurship, and driving forward sustainable growth are vitally important. I recently launched the Regulatory Reform Group, bringing together lawmakers and experts to do exactly that and this week I chaired the first meeting of the group.
