Celebrating 40 years of the Harpenden Cub Scouts’ free Christmas Card delivery service

The Harpenden Cub Scouts have been running a free Christmas Card delivery service locally for 40 years now. I joined them on Saturday to celebrate their 40th anniversary and commemorate the outstanding community work they do!
