The Government has this week published its Schools White Paper, setting out plans to improve numeracy and literacy skills, teacher training and development and the curriculum, provide targeted support where children need it, and increase the standards for children across the school system, so that every child has the education they deserve. I will continue to assess these plans in detail to ensure that they deliver for children in Hitchin & Harpenden.
